Appointments
All services are by appointment only. To ensure appointment availability, I suggest that a regular series of treatments to be scheduled.
Payments
There is a $30 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Payment can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card.

Insurance is accepted with prescription.
Cancellation
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments with 24 hours advance notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit.
Procedures
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete paperwork and client assessment.
If you are using insurance, please bring your insurance card, ID/Driver's License, and prescription with you to your appointment.
